Fat & 30 Day Two

Back on day two of keeping track of my intake I am not going to check my weight & waist until the end of the week though so here we go:-

Monday 21st July 2014

Exercise (completed)

Squats - 30
Sit Ups - 15 then rest then another 15
Rowing Machine - 7 minutes
Arm Punches - 30
Stretching
(Sadly no exercise was completed today so I shall do it tomorrow morning instead)

Food & Drink (consumed) 

(3:10am ish after going to bed last night I woke & had a pint of water with a chocolate biscuit)

11:20am - Scrambled eggs with slices of mattison sausage, one wrap & half a tin of baked beans & one coffee with milk & two sugars

12:15pm - One coffee with milk & two sugars

15:30pm - KFC chicken salad with chips & a bottle of water (a few cheeky dips in the gravy)

7:40pm - Mushroom stir fry with slices of mattison sausage along with a cup of coffee

11:39pm - One pint of water

OK so that's day two recorded, more tomorrow.
