Fat & 30 Day Four

Not such a good day with the food today especially with the heat I just really haven't wanted to eat anything & to be fair I have't really drank anything so not a lot to read, however I have managed to catch up on the exercise which is a good thing I guess, although no extra exercise as I just have completely not wanted to do anything or had the energy to do anything (not good I know)

Wednesday 23rd July 2014 

Exercise (completed)

No Boot Camp today & no extra exercise

Food & Drink (consumed)

11:40am - One coffee with two sugars & milk

1:12pm - One cup of tea with milk

5:17pm - Chicken & ham escallops with baked beans & one coffee with two sugars & milk

5:38pm - Half of a banana & raspberry muffin 

9:05pm - One pint of fruit juice

10:19pm - Garlic & chili shredded chicken, two duck rolls, 4 pieces of prawn toast with one pint of fruit juice.

11:51pm - One coffee with two sugars & milk
